1. Day 1

   Fly into San Jose, Costa Rica where we will meet you and take you to your waiting private van. Our bilingual driver will drive you just one hour to the famous Los Suenos Resort & Marina.  Located along the Central Pacific Coast near Playa Jaco, this gorgeous 1,100 acre property features a spa, twelve restaurants, beach club, 18-hole golf course, marina village and a 600 acre nature reserve. Enjoy privacy and luxury in your fully furnished condo with wifi, flat screen TVs, AC, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and private balcony or terrace with either ocean or rainforest views.

2. Day 2

   Fishing Day! Head into the blue water to experience the fishing that has made the Los Suenos Resort one of the most popular sport fishing destinations in the world. After a short 20-30 mile run your teasers and circle-hook rigged ballyhoo will be in the water as your troll for marlin, sailfish, dorado, and wahoo. We partner with the best boats and captains in the marina, many of them tournament boats, so they’ll be sure to put you on the bite.

3. Day 3

   Free Day!  Use this day to sleep in, rest, and see what else Costa Rica has to offer.  From the Los Suenos Resort you can try adventure tours like white water rafting, ATVs, snorkeling, diving, and of course the canopy zip-line tour.  The lush, 18-hole La Iguana Golf Course is also on site with a pro shop and rental clubs available.

4. Day 4

   Fishing Day!  Head back offshore to chase down more billfish, dorado, and yellowfin tuna.  In season it’s quite common for our top boats to reach double digit sailfish releases as our crews are some of the best in the world.

5. Day 5

   After breakfast we’ll pick you up and bring you back to the SJO International Airport for your short flight to Panama City, Panama.  Upon arrival you’ll be escorted to our VIP Lounge while they collect your luggage, then when you are ready we’ll take you out to your waiting private transfer.  You’ll head west down Panama’s Pacific Coast until you reach the small town of Quebrada de Piedra and the spectacular Paradise Fishing Lodge.  This boutique, hillside luxury fishing lodge features nine air conditioned rooms, an all inclusive/open-bar plan, infinity edge pool, and a private fleet of speedy Contender boats.

6. Day 6

   Get up early, eat breakfast, and then head down to the marina for a full day of fishing!  You’ll head due south to the famed Hannibal Bank, one of the world’s premier fishing destinations for black and blue marlin and large schools of yellowfin tuna.  Slow troll live bonito for the lady in the blue dress or chuck poppers into a frenzied school of feeding tunas – then hang on!

7. Day 7

   Enjoy another full day of sport fishing in the Gulf of Chiriqui.  Not only is this region of Panama home to hot spots like the Hannibal Banks and Montuosa Island, over 200 islands dot the gulf and play host to over 40 species of IGFA gamefish.  If you are ready for a change of pace from offshore fishing try giving the “Jurassic Park” of inshore fishing a try and do battle with jacks, cubera snapper, and the mighty roosterfish.

8. Day 8

   Last day of fishing!  Each room at the Paradise Fishing Lodge is assigned it’s own boat for the duration of your stay so you fish with the same crew all week.  Based on what you fished for and have, or haven’t, caught in the first two days use this day to attack your bucket list.

9. Day 9

   A private, air conditioned transfer will take you back to the PTY Airport for your international flight home.
